  • The rates are expressed in us dollars, per person, based on double occupancy.<\/li>\n
  • 15-20% commission for agencies.<\/li>\n
  • The supplement of a suite in simple accommodation is 50% extra of the regular rate of an adult.<\/li>\n
  • Policies of children: the minimum age required to travel is 7 years. Children 7 to 11 years of age have a 50% discount on the regular rate of an adult. Children must be accompanied by 1 adult in the same cabin, it accepts a maximum of 1 child per cabin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    INCLUDES <\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • All meals aboard the M\/F <\/strong>ARAPAIMA EXPEDITIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • All the excursions and equipment (including proper hiking boots and ponchos).<\/li>\n
    • Transfers from \/ to the boat when arriving on recommended flights to Iquitos.<\/li>\n
    • In case of being housed in hotels in the city of Iquitos \u2013 report to the department of sales and bookings to coordinate the pick up pre or post tour.<\/li>\n
    • Entrance fee to the National Reserve Pacaya-Samaria.<\/li>\n
    • Natural juices, coffee, herbal teas and water are included during the meals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Cost of medical emergencies (including evacuation emergency)<\/li>\n
      • Rules of Tipping. Aboard the M\/F <\/strong>ARAPAIMA EXPEDITIONS<\/strong> it is recommended that an amount in the range of $ 10- $ 15 per passenger per night for the crew (which will be split between all members of the crew), and between $ 7 \u2013 $10 per passenger per night in the guides. * Please note that these quantities which have been suggested levels of perks, and that this is entirely at the discretion of our guests aboard the ships.<\/li>\n

        RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS <\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Bookings made 90 days or more prior to the date of shipment, and is required a deposit of$300.00 per person to confirm reservation.<\/li>\n
        • The final payment must be paid 90 days before the start of the journey. if the payment was not received on time, automatically, the reservation will be released.<\/li>\n
        • Bookings made 90 days or less in advance, full payment and non-refundable is required to confirm the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          POLICIES CANCELLATION \u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Cancellations made 120 days or more in advance, all deposits will be refunded less $.- 250.00 for administrative and operational expenses.<\/li>\n
          • Cancellations made 90 days or less in advance, full payment will be applied as a cancellation penalty and will not be refunded.<\/li>\n
          • Our rates allow change of date for one year from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n
          • Our rates allow change of passenger name, this change can be performed during one year from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n
          • Date changes will be made according to availability on the day of the request. Changes subject to availability.<\/li>\n
          • ARAPAIMA EXPEDITIONS, it applies a penalty of $ 400 for changes to the booking (travel date, names of passengers, itineraries or other). This penalty will apply for each time you request a change in the reserve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
